Dr. Theo Adewale Onadeko has over 20 years of work experience across corporate strategy, impact investing, SME banking, agribusiness value chain finance, financial technology and management consulting.
He previously worked at IFC - World Bank; FSD Africa; GIZ; Halifax Bank of Scotland; AXA Financial Services, UK; United Bank for Africa Plc; NIRSAL Plc; ARM Agribusiness Fund Managers Ltd and Deewal Group.
He received a PhD in Agricultural Economics and Environmental Policy from the World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence in Agricultural Development & Sustainable Environment (CEADESE), Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria (FUNAAB). He holds an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom; a Master’s in Development Economics & Policy from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics & Farm Management from FUNAAB. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Certified Associate in Project Management from GWU School of Business, United States.
