Our Story

Founded with a commitment to transforming agriculture in Nigeria, SWAgCo operates as a non-operating agribusiness investment company. By partnering with investors and stakeholders, we drive agro-industrialization through innovative investment models such as agro-industrial clusters. Our efforts align with global standards for responsible agriculture, ensuring economic viability while addressing regional and national food security challenges.

As an investment vehicle backed by the six Southwest states of Nigeria—Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, and Ekiti—SWAgCo is strategically positioned to advance agricultural transformation and promote sustainable practices across the region.
